Steve began his career with Heaven's Best in the role of technician. That was over 18 years ago, in Wenatchee, WA. Between now and then, Steve's held multiple positions within the Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning team, including lead tech and general manager, as well as VP of operations. The full range of job duties served him well, helping him to learn and grow within the company, and offering him a full perspective on the Heaven's Best difference. When the opportunity to purchase the Spokane, WA franchise arose, Steve was well-prepared and with the support of his wife, Joleen, and their kids, Weslee and Melissa, Steve became the proud owner of the Spokane Heaven's Best!

This is so we have the appropriate time to put another valued customer into that spot. Each customer deserves the right amount of time for our services, and we would like to help where we can. When a customer cancels within 24 hrs, a $75 cancellation fee may apply. We also understand that emergencies can and do happen, so in some cases the fee may be waived, under Heaven's Best's discretion.

I called because ever since moving in to my new place my cat decided the litter box was not cool and used the carpet. After cleaning it myself for months I figured if I got it cleaned my problem would be solved for good. Instead of this company booking an appointment and taking my money I was informed that some of the products I had used actually increased my problem and the only way to fix it was to replace that portion of the carpet. Wonderful job on the carpets in my boys rooms. The carpet was stained, and hadn’t been cleaned in a few years.
