I spilled a large amount of coffee on our NEW carpet this weekend and called in a panic. Steve was so helpful and patient with me and walked me through how to get the discoloration out on my own, without voiding the warranty on the carpet. 👌 Amazing customer service!

I called because ever since moving in to my new place my cat decided the litter box was not cool and used the carpet. After cleaning it myself for months I figured if I got it cleaned my problem would be solved for good. Instead of this company booking an appointment and taking my money I was informed that some of the products I had used actually increased my problem and the only way to fix it was to replace that portion of the carpet. Nice to know good people out there are honest and actually gave me useful information rather than just taking the job!

Wonderful job on the carpets in my boys rooms. The carpet was stained, and hadn’t been cleaned in a few years. When the job was finished, I couldn’t believe that I was looking at the same white carpet! It was perfectly clean, and the dozens of spots that I thought would never come out, came out!
